Ordered a 100 gallon deck box

Ordered a 100 gallon deck box. Had to reach out several times to check on the shipping status. Took me four hours to put the box together. The piston rods that help to keep the top open did not work. Reached out via email since there is no phone number. They responded. They didn’t know what a piston rod was so I sent pictures and the explanation. I was a little bit of a smart a$$ in my reply because I was so frustrated. They never responded to my email. I have resent it numerous times over the last few weeks. No response. Now I have a $200 piece of crap sitting on my deck that will cost me $60 to replace these piston rods. My Advice is…just don’t Order from them. The savings isn’t worth the hassle. This is definitely not the same company as the in store version. I was sad to seem them close as I was a regular shopper. Will definitely tell everyone I know about my online experience.

Addedum to my earlier review entitled "Screwy Ordering Experience"

I would like to add an addendum to my review. I have reached out via email (this is the only course of action since you cannot call their customer service) to get a return label to return the merchandise I ordered. Their website is flawed if ordered on a iPhone. They charged me $4.00 in order to have a easy return and they won't even return an email so I can get a shipping label. I have sent at least 10 emails over the past week and a half. Don't know about these other reviewers, but I'm about ready to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I don't hear from someone from Tuesday Morning.
