I buy lack wall shelf from Ikea morocco . I receive it endommaged . I contact customer service throught email without any reply . I call by phone . There is no answers .very very bad service .im still without solution .
I have been buying from ikea for a while and to me, the experience has degraded over the years. Quality has dropped. When you need spare pieces because their screws are of such bad quality that they break, you need to wait weeks to get screws and they don't care about it! (we are incompetent but Covid is the responsible). I am now definitely looking at options other than ikea (local chains, other online furniture website). BYE BYE IKEA
Absolutely dreadful service. Placed an order for 2 beds to deliver Saturday. Only 1 arrived. No paperwork or help from delivery men. 3 phone calls and ages on hold to be told they'd send one today 7am-1pm. So we waited in. Nothing. Phoned up to be told “I 100% promise it’s coming today 4pm-6pm”. Still didn’t come. So we phone again, more time on hold, to be told it isn’t coming today after all!! It never was. The customer service department are incompetent liars. The service is absolutely appalling!!! Never again will I order from ikea.
