    Citizen pay turn me into credit bureau…

    Citizen pay turn me into credit bureau for being 30 days late and it lower my credit score by 100 points. The reason it was late is that my card was lost, and they didn't contact me to update the autopay. A simple mistake destroyed my credit for a 30-dollar bill. "Buyer Beware"; if you use them, please do not finance with citizen pay.
