    Lock failed to open to the right combo

    I set the lock and used it a few times. Then I went to open it and it didn't open. I know I used the right combo. Luckily I had a back way into my property, otherwise I would have had a big problem. Yet another useless product from B&Q. They need to improve their buying process.

    i was beaten within an inch of my life at crochet practice over this

    this master lock did NOT keep my shoe safe. i wrapped it around my shoelace and to my dismay, it came undone and my shoe was stolen by a hooligan. this is NOT ACCEPTABLE and i will be complaining to everyone about this. i hate you masterlock, i lost my right shoe because of you. i now have to hobble around everywhere because of YOU and YOUR LOCKS. what’re the ladies at my crochet practice gonna think of me? how dare you
