An appalling experience
An appalling experience. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to have a door fixed. The issue was still there the next time the door was used. This all ought to be covered under their warranty but it seems their dishonest locksmith is now claiming it was a different issue. I have video evidence that the door is the same issue and have reported them to the trading standards.

Rude & overcharge
Unfortunately despite my previous positive review, I was ripped off by this company on Saturday evening. I locked myself out and called this company as had previous good experiences. I was told I would be charged £59 plus VAT or £89 plus VAT if they had to drill the lock. My lock required drilling and then replacing. I ended up being charged £89 plus VAT for the call out (fine with that) and then a further £149 plus VAT for a lock that costs £20. In addition to this, the locksmith was surly and damaged the paint on my doorframe. The company's response has been pretty disgusting. Calling the damage a "scratch" and that because it was late they charged extra for the lock. The installation of the lock took 5 minutes. STAY AWAY
