I just recently purchased several items from Wayfair. Most of the items I didn't have a problem with until I wanted to cancel one item. I tried canceling my order shortly after I placed it and they said it couldn't be canceled because it was preparing to ship. The next day when I checked the status the item was backorder. I've been calling customer service several times and no help. They are also keep on pulling money in and out of my account. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with.
I've ordered many things from Wayfair and some of been very disappointing. ceiling lights that have been broken, canvas prints that have not been stretched properly, and a very large stainless steel sink that arrived bent on the four corners. Not just one sink but on the other three they shipped as well! I gave up and ordered from Home Depot and the sink was beautiful the first time. It seems everything that I've ordered is damaged goods! I'm not sure if the problem is the shipping or if the items are already damaged but I'm finished with Wayfair. The representatives have been absolutely awesome but they damaged goods are horrendous !
If I could rate zero stars, I would. I ordered and paid for an item from Wayfair. They sent the wrong item. I discovered their error when I opened the box 40 days after ordering it. Will Wayfair make their mistake right? No! They refuse to correct their mistake because I notified them outside their arbitrary 30-day window. I'm tired of dealing with their damaged merchandise. This latest mistake is the last straw. I've spent thousands of dollars on Wayfair merch. No more. Wayfair, you have lost a customer.
