Sloane Square apartment for 4 guests.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and welcoming for 4 guests. Despite being on a busy square, the rooms were quiet given the double window structures to shut out the noise. Beds and linens very comfortable, kitchen (mostly) well appointed, although 2 of the 4 burners on the stove are in need of repair. Location was great, very central with public / private transportation very accessible. Very good restaurants in and around the square. We also appreciated the lift to the apartment, since one or more of our party had issues with stairs. The biggest issue for us was the lack of consistent, reliable, and fast internet service. The management company was responsive to our requests and provided a mobile device to help, but this had its shortcomings also. Reliable and consistent internet service is a must in today's world.

Wonderful Experience!

We rented a home in London through VRBO with Veeve. The experience was wonderful! The home was exactly as expected from the photos and listing. We contacted Veeve in advance to see if we were able to check in early and they responded quickly. We were a bit late to check in due to a delay at the airport. They responded right away and were so accommodating and kind. They sent an email prior to us arriving with information about the house and recommendations of local stores and eateries. They made our trip very comfortable. We did not need to contact them during our stay as everything with the home was perfect. The check out process was very easy. We followed the checkout instructions that were emailed to us a couple of days before we left. We would totally rent with Veeve again and recommend them to everyone!
