Epic Failure, Awful Customer Service
Paid to stash my luggage in Bogotá. The hostel had never even heard of the company and couldn't hold my bags. Nobody answered the customer service line, and none of the other nearby hotels listed on the website would hold my bags either. I missed several activities I'd planned to do on my last day in Colombia and sat at the airport for 8 hours. It then took a month for me to get a refund. Will never use again.

"Sharehouse" Cairns is complete crap
Arrived, reception locked -wasn't open for half an hour after my pre-booked time, said she didn't really do luggage storage (though received my email booking and a sign on the fence claims they DO.) told me no one would not be around at the time I requested to collect luggage, so I would have to collect my bags at 1430. Was not present at that time & reception locked. Someone else waiting for them to unlock reception banged on the door until a person unlocked, he said he couldn't do anything as he was not office staff, I demanded my luggage and took it. They are complete crap.
