Our Principle Consultant – Stefan Hollands

Originally born in England, Stefan first found his way over to the States as a child. After going back and forth to England for boarding school and visiting various countries in-between, he returned stateside to attend The University of Texas in Austin.

From there he worked and traveled west through Scottsdale, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; and Portland, OR  only to return to the Lone Star State with the vision and knowledge to pioneer the city’s short term rental market with little company know as STR Austin, Austin’s first full-service short term rental company. From there Stefan eventually opened Flint Rock Property Management, Austin’s premier short-term-rental company which he later merged with TurnKey Vacation Rentals.

There, Stefan became the company’s Regional Sales Director, focusing on opening new and emerging markets, located within all four US time zones, which eventually grew TurnKey into the third largest short term rental property management company in the country.   With more than 20+ years in business management, marketing, sales, and development; Stefan brought creativity, a sense of balance, and strong leadership to those businesses. He has now adopted those qualities and experiences with short term rentals to support individual homeowner/investors and property management companies with achieving their business goals. Currently, Stefan resides in Houston, Texas.
