The truth is, most traditional homeowner insurance policies don’t cover property and liability claims that arise from vacation rental activities since you are technically running a business in your home. Ours does. Our insurance solutions are also priced per night, so you only pay for when the property is being rented.
And should a claim occur, we will be your concierge throughout the entire process.

Safely helps you find the best guests when you rent your home. More importantly, we help you eliminate the worst guests.
That’s because we verfiy every guest against our Vacation Record, a worldwide database of rental guest history collected from over one million vacation nights and designed to capture things like house rule violations, disputed payments and property damage.
In addition, we verify guest identity and check each against 200+ global fraud and crime databases (including money laundering, Interpol and terrorist lists), sex offender lists, and felony records in the United States.

Home Certification
Let Safely verify your home and earn the right to price accordingly.
We work with you. Safely will work with you to capture independent verifications that the home for rent is as described. Once your home is Safely certified, you can ask for and expect guests to pay for the quality experience you provide.
“We agree. You’re home is that great.” The process is simple. One of our verification reps will visit and validate the property. After certification, your home will carry the Safely stamp of approval, communicating at a glance, that yours is a preferred and verified rental.

API Integrations
Our API is ready to connect to any property management system or partner website and automates Safely services so partners can send reservations, enter guest information for verification, purchase insurance policies, and more.
Developed using NodeJS, with MySQL running in the back end, the entire system is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This robust suite of cloud-computing tools means we can provide a high degree of availability and scalable solutions for our partners and customers. It also means that as technology evolves, so will the services we’re able to offer.
Straightforward access. Since our APIs are RESTful and JSON based, they can be accessed using standard HTTPS protocol and we provide detailed descriptions (including input/output).
Data Security
Our entire system is designed with security at its core and at every step in the implementation process.
All data is secured while stored (at rest) and in transmission. At rest, all of our data is encrypted with the highest security standard and our API’s are accessed with secured HTTP (HTTPS) where all data is again encrypted.
Additionally, our system is designed with a non-public facing concept. This means none of our servers, including web servers, are exposed to the Internet. We handle all traffic with Load Balancer and Autoscaling, and our servers are privately networked.
For the purposes of disaster recovery, we deploy the system across different locations.
