- Cleaning and Laundry Services: Professional cleaning services, fresh linen, fresh towles, all in all a spotless fresh experience!
- Organise Repairs: If there is any damage to the property you can refer to the Airbnb insurance policy www.airbnb.co.uk/guarantee alternatively if damage is maintance issues such as plumbing, carpentry ect we will organise the repairs
- Key Coordination: We will meet and greet the guests and do a key handover for their duration of their stay
- Guest Check-ins and Check-outs: Greeting and welcoming guests for check-ins, and inspecting the property, check inventory, collect keys and manage any issues with the guests on the check-
- 24/7 Guest Support Service: Any guest assistance, handyman to fix and maintain things, help if guests loose keys
