We have rented an apartment in Pineda de Mar (Spain) from Novasol. We have found two big angry dogs loose in a patio next door from which we are only a window and a courtain apart. The noise and the barks are unbearable and non stop. They start from 7 am onwards and it's maddening. We asked Novasol to rellocate us or to refund us but they refuse. It's a shame that Novasol should deceive and mistreat the visitors that wish to enjoy their holidays and end up living a horror movie. As tourists and consumers we feel utterly unprotected.
