I love Molton Brown products but.....

I love Molton Brown products but they are consistently let down by their useless delivery partner DPD. I have problems every time with them. Yesterday the driver knocked at the door and left after waiting 12 seconds, I have it on security camera. Didn’t even give me chance to walk to the door and open it! Products by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen, I wonder if they deliver to Buckingham Palace using DPD. Each time I have an issue I complain to Molton Brown and DPD and get NO feedback! DPD don’t deserve to have a business and Molton Brown must use them because they are cheap and useless. A premium brand should not use the worst delivery partner available, DPD!

No delivery - no reply

I placed a order first week of November and received confirmation (after paying for delivery) that I would have it within 5 days. It has not arrived (two weeks later) I have tried over and over to get a update from Molton Brown but with no reply. I subsequently tried calling them - NO REPLY. If the line is not being resourced then why not leave a automated message. Poor service all round Molton Brown !

Shocking returns process - impossible to return

I fully appreciate that COVID is impacting lots of companies. But when following Molton Browns own returns process and emailing them 3 times over a period of 3 weeks for something they promise to deal with the next day and still getting nowhere you have to question their service. It is shocking. I have dealt with lots of companies over this period and none have been as bad. Products are lovely but I will not be shopping with them again. They ask you to email for a returns label and then ignore you completely for over 3 weeks. So if you think you may need to return anything I would definitely not buy from Molton Brown.
