ManageMyAir are an Airbnb property management company who have been helping Copenhagen Airbnb hosts since December 2015 with all aspects of the Airbnb hosting service including; key exchange, cleaning, linen hire, and full listing management.
We have welcomed over 3000 guests to the homes of Copenhageners, ensuring they have a perfect welcome, to a clean home.
We try our hardest to give Airbnb hosts, who do not have the time to manage everything themselves, the peace of mind that their guests and homes will be looked after.
Our focus is on service, reliability and trust. We want to ensure all our clients gain continually high reviews from their guests. We do this by having a well trained team, who come from the travel and hospitality background and really understand the special needs of Airbnb guests and hosts.
ManageMyAir Founder, Cheryl Barnes, has over 15 years experience in the tourism, hospitality and property management areas. She spent 12 years living in the French Alps managing the holiday properties for second home owners. She also loves to travel and would like to give others the opportunity to travel more, by helping them earn some extra money on their homes while they are away.
Our team of 8+ employees pride ourselves in being able to find solutions at short notice, for both owners and their guests who need help.
- Full Management: We provide a full management service for our clients who do not want any of the hassles. We provide a full set up service on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms, help and advice to get your property ready to welcome the first guest, photography, managing calendars, guest inquiries, and bookings; help with guest reviews, price optimisation, to ensure you are getting maximum occupancy and income depending on demand, key organization/meet and greet, property cleaning, linen and towel hire service and guest contact.
- Key Meet and Greet Guests: We provide a key meet and greet service for your guests at your home. We also show them around and explain any house information they will need. We ensure a warm welcome and provide helpful information about the city.
- Cleaning: Our team of experienced turnaround assistants provides a flexible, reliable and quality service. We know what is required to ensure a clean and welcoming space for your guests.
- Linen and Towels: Includes professionally laundered, quality white bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mat and dishcloth.
Cheryl and her team did a fantastic job managing our apartment and AirBnb account while we were out travelling for a month. They take away all the hassle of being an AirBnb host including taking pictures, guest communications, pricing, key exchange, cleaning, etc. Cheryl is very experienced and proactive and guided us along the way. Great service and highly recommended.
