Awful company!!!

Awful! Do not use them. They lost half of my clothes that I sent for laundry. I am unable to contact them, they are only contactable through the application and the first time response time varies between 10-48 hours, after all that the agents are not helpful at all. Even when they do respond, it takes another 5 hours for them to respond back to your precious message. Save yourself the headache and time and do laundry somewhere else, a company that actually has a contact number would be a great start

AVOID !!!!

AVOID !!!! This company is a scam. I have placed three orders in total. The first order being very small, the second was a MASSIVE order of washing which came to 281AED. Last night I had an order collected and received an invoice this morning for .. wait for it 1239AED which they have just taken off my bank card. This load of washing was two small bags. They have made the pricing up. The last two orders I had confirmation of what service they were to do before starting the order. This time there has been no communication, they are not willing to offer any refund and have only sent me a breakdown of pricing. My past orders I opted for the same service of wash and iron, whereas on this last occasion I asked for the same service yet have been hit with an insane bill. In my country this equates to almost £300 for a BAG OF WASHING. I am honestly astounded and will be contacting my bank. - Update. Upon checking the order they have also shrank half the load. Are not willing to offer any compensation. They are asking for comparison images of the items or to can measure the items and share the difference with them. So basically - go to multiple different stores measure items and compare with what I’ve sent them to be cleaned LAUGHABLE
