I've been using iGMS for a few years, and it's the essential software for my work. Our company is managing 50+ Airbnb listings, and it's very convenient to have all the accounts and all the listings available in one place. I especially like how the inbox section is organized and how you can add templates for all the listings you manage as well as for one particular listing (i.e. check-in details). There are also a lot of little helpful features that are making communication with guests much easier and faster. The support team replies to my emails reasonably fast, and what I really like about iGMS, they're considering our suggestions and improving their tool constantly.
Using it for almost two years now. The most I like their automation messages for my Airbnbs and automatic notifications for my cleaners every time I get a booking.
Extremely high priced since 1/11/2019 Stopped using it. Not worth it, more useful products in the market.
