Airbnb has transformed London’s holiday and business accommodation market, and we are delighted to be able to help you if you are renting out your home, or a room in your home, on Airbnb.

If you can keep us fully up to date with your calendar at least one week in advance, we can turn over your Airbnb property for you in between guests.

When your guest has left, we will arrive and clean the property from top to toe. We know that an Airbnb changeover isn’t like a normal clean, but also that it isn’t the same as an end-of-tenancy clean either.

We will make sure that the kitchen and bathroom are spotless, that there is nothing lurking under the bed, and we will change the bedlinen and towels, taking all used laundry away to be cleaned within 24 hours and brought back on your next changeover.

We will then make sure that your property’s welcome pack is left where it should be, and that everything is welcoming and comfortable for your next Airbnb guests.

Change all linen and towels, take away to be laundered professionally
Clean/vacuum all floors
Clean kitchen & bathroom, including stove-top
Dust
Check for lost property from previous guest
Leave welcome pack for next guests
