Awful service. I was told there would be a 15% flat fee. The first booking, which would normally net me over £1000 - I was paid £150 by GuestReady. So many hidden fees. Then when I fired them they left the place filthy, even though they had been paid to clean it. Not recommended.

I stayed in a Guestready apartment near Foz and had a great experience. I arrived late at night but they were super helpful making sure I had no problems checking in. In regards to the house, no surprises looked as good as the pictures and was clean. I'll definitely repeat the experience next time and 100% recommend them! Obrigada!
