    Can’t get in touch with their customers service

    Terrible Customers Support It’s absolutely impossible to get in contact with their customers services. My lock and hub hasn’t been functioning since June 14 and I’ve sent them an email with videos but haven’t heard from them yet. Today it all went offline and I can’t use my lock resulting in my kids waiting outside for hours. I am in truly in chock about how bad and little this company respects their customers. I’ve only had the lock for about a year and a half! And have already have had to change the hub 3 times due to the first two not having the correct software installed. The third hub I received that worked was back in January 2022 and now a year later I’m experiencing trouble again!!!! If we were able to remove the lock and change the system i definitely would have but due to the cylinder system (which we had to change on our door to make it fit with the lock) buying a different product is not an option. I really do hope to be contacted by Glue Lock ASAP MARIA
