Booked August 2020 for a November 2020 long weekend in Tennessee. Family member got sick with COVID so we had to cancel. You guessed it - they gave us the same canned explanation as you are all reading on this review site. Horrible horrible service. Fast forward to now - we are trying to use this CREDIT. Funny how no properties are available for several dates within the next several months. Hummmm. Additionally all of the booking rates have increased by AT LEAST DOUBLE IF NOT THREE TIMES the amount we had booked for last Summer. I truly do not understand how Evolve has been able to get away with keeping money for services they have not provided. And when we are trying to use this credit there are no places available to rent. Assume it is because all of the homeowners of these properties have finally wised up to Evolves deceptive business practices. Time to all join forces and file a joint lawsuit!!!!!
They canceled my reservation that I made in June of 2020, for a house that me and 15 members of my family were renting for May 18-23. Basically just said, tough luck.
We recently booked a home through VRBO that was posted by Evolve travel. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The homes description and the home or not consistent and the photos were extremely misleading. There were several errors in the amenities listed and we brought this to the attention of evolve travel as we did to the guest manager. Evolve has said they will get back with us after speaking with the homeowner but they have not. They have been extremely slow to communicate and offer any sort of compensation for the disappointing stay we experienced. The homeowner and guest manager blamed Evolve for the post that had numerous discrepancies and evolve has yet to respond to us in a timely manner. Their website says they will do everything to make sure your stay is as it should be but this has most definitely not been our experience. Most disappointing has been the lack of communication and the lack of transparency on the part of Evolve and the homeowner of the home we rented in Mesa Arizona. I am writing a review on here so hopefully others will not have to undergo the same disappointment we did. There were several frustrations but the main ones were: how dirty the home was when we arrived (Q-tip on bathroom floor, how dirty the pool and hot tub are and the backyard oasis), The hot tub was broken all but one evening of our stay, and several of the amenities listed for the home were not visible at the home i.e. tennis court, Mountain View and 3 1/2 baths-all of these were not at the home. It was also evident that the photos that have been posted on the VRBO listing that evolve had put up were old pictures. The furniture was different as well as were some of the accessories available such as a blender and other things that were in photos but not at the home when we rented it.
