Worst company ever. Had a vacation stay scheduled to start April 5th, but due to covid I had to sadly cancel. I explained to them that I really need my money back for laptops that I now have to buy my kids for online learning, but they did not care and are still refusing to give me my money back. If anyone sees this please never book with this heartless company ever again. In the middle of this sad situation and the financial struggles that we are going through, they only care about themselves. Sad!
I had a vacation booked from April 5th through April 10th. I've attempted to contact Evolve through mumerous emails and phone calls (every day for 15 days) and have yet to get a response! My mistake for paying in full for my reservation! Will NEVER use this company again!
I was scheduled to check into my rental on March 16 thru March 22nd in Arizona. I live in California and was put in shelter in place- I called Evolve on Friday March 12 and asked about my options. My options were to either cancel and only get a 200 refund on a total 1700, or reschedule. So I rescheduled for an additional 200 cost and one less day. I reach back out after Airbnb released their updated policy and they still refuse to honor it. Hopefully this company’s dishonest practices catch up to them and their CEO Brian ends up having to look for a new job like the rest of us he stole from!
