Like many people we started out by being hosts by renting our places on various sites such as Airbnb, HomeAway, etc and experiencing first hand some of things that make a great host. While there is significant demand for short term rentals what we realised is that some of the challenges we faced to renting out, such as meeting guests, getting the place ready, dealing with enquiries will be shared by other hosts and a barrier for others. Its very time consuming to do it well and to get the best results.
Since not everyone has the time or desire to manage this we decided to set up a service providing great guest & Airbnb property management services in Sydney. Having a professionally managed service will bring you increased returns and save you a significant amount of time.
