Hello. I use Cloudbeds to manage the online bookings of a very popular holiday rental apartment I own in Nelson Bay, Australia. It's just one apartment so my backend "front desk" requirements are very low. To me it was all about the ease of use and guest experience with the booking engine. I cannot tell you how far the amazing support staff of Cloudbeds went to help me get the Booking Engine (which I have embedded as an iFrame into my website) right for my purpose. The support and help I received was/is nothing short of exceptional. I would have given Cloudbeds 5 stars if it wasn't for just one piece of functionality that I would love to see implemented and that is a merging of the "availability calendar" into the check-in/check-out calendar so that a potential guest can see availability and select dates to book in one place rather than the current two calendar system.

For multi-room properties we wouldn't consider using anything else. I've used Cloudbeds for almost 10 years. In that time I've seen improvements to both the technology and quality of life of using the software. Support is pretty decent, the, the quality of their channel connections are solid by and large, the interface is straight forward and usable. Are there things I wish they'd work on still? Sure, of course. Homeaway integration isn't the greatest and we have a better experience using a different service for A more robust API for webhooks. Better, more clear or granular reporting at times. More flexibility for automation of emails and outreach.
