Worse support ever

Worse support ever. Do not recommend. Use to be OK back in 2020. Now it is beyond a joke. It will cost you money trying to get support to get any help. And lord help you if you try and run more then one property. There support team is a absolute joke

Not as good as it used to be

All started Ok when we transferred to Cloudebeds. However customer service is getting worse and worse. There is no 24/7 customer service. Not on the weekends and the wait for a response is long during the week. No phone access anymore. I assume they are short staffed but for me it's a red flag. Generally I'm OK with the overall use of the software allthough it's a bit complicated. Not intuitive. But we are set up now and I need help for which I have to wait for days.
