    Easiest process in the world.

    Easiest process in the world. Booked the morning of delivery for 9/10 days. Suitcase was kept safe in the barber's shop for the entire time, in the back. Staff/owners were lovely and welcoming for both drop off and collection. Received a QR code 30mins before collection, which was scanned and BOOM all done. Easy to find on Google maps, no clue why some people struggled, plus has spinning barber's poles outside shop. Perfect from start to finish.

    Doesn’t work

    Booked one date. Confirmation came through for the wrong date. Checked multiple times. Click on contact customer service and just refreshes page.
