Do not use or trust! My suitcase with my passport, iPad, medicine, jewelry and clothing was left unsecured in a convenience store sitting next to the soft drinks. The store operator lied, telling Bounce I had tied multiple bags in a cloth bag, and he had tried to help me by storing it. Total lie! I sent a photo and showed Bounce the tagged suitcase and Bounce did nothing, saying they had used this operator for two years. Be warned! They do not store bags safely.

Wasn’t as secure as I expected …
The staff were lovely and the booking was easy. I wouldn’t use the service again as the baggage was left in a shop. I asked for ours to be put out the back but there was a lot of luggage around the counter and in the shop front. It was a tourist shop in London, and it did not feel as secure as I expected.

It was easy to find and leave my bag allowing a full day of bag free travel.
