Miserable staff, not a positive experience.
I popped in here to enquire about letting my property through them, and have never been met with such terrible service. First of all, you are confronted by a yappy dog, then a sea of miserable faces. I felt extremely uncomfortable even asking the simplest questions, and really got the impression my potential listing was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I left here feeling less than valued, and totally deflated. Why have a shop frontage if you aren’t going to welcome people on! I will never use or recommend Airhost to anyone.
Rude Staff
I reported a broken item in the first week of a long-term stay in a property managed by Airhost, but it was never replaced. On top of this, they have a very rude and incompetent employee called Jessica that I wouldn't want the displeasure of dealing with again.
