Qualification is automatically evaluated based on information a host provides about their listing, the reviews for that listing, the host’s prior cancellation history for confirmed reservations, and the responsiveness of the host to prior reservation requests. In evaluating the host’s responsiveness, Airbnb will consider data from the preceding 12 months.
